Claims Management Qualifications

CDSZ's claims management staff offer an impressive battery of qualifications, bringing between 18 and 25 years experience in the insurance industry.

Our staff's wide-ranging know-how includes experience investigating and adjudicating worker's compensation claims, claim account management and risk management reporting and analysis. Their many years of experience also have made them comfortable with heavily litigated claims and with ensuring aggressive return-to-work practices.

Before joining CSD&Z, our claims staff gained their construction and insurance experience at some of the biggest name in insurance, including the St. Paul Companies and Hartford Insurance.

Other qualifications of CDSZ claims management staff include an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation, as well as Minnesota licenses as independent adjusters.
