Individual owners of Section 42 property or individuals that are partnership investors in Section 42 property should complete this application.

This application may be duplicated. The application consists of four sections. Each section must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete applications cannot be underwritten.

Individual owners of Section 42 property should complete all four sections of this application. Individuals who are partnership investors in Section 42 property should complete Sections I and II. The property's syndicator, general partner, or property manager should complete Sections III and IV.

A COMPLETE SUBMISSION will include all information requested in each of the four sections of the application.

UNDERWRITING PROCESS:
Upon receipt of the necessary documents, CSD&Z will proceed to underwrite your Individual Application. The normal underwriting process includes obtaining credit reports on the applicant and spouse. CSD&Z will make an underwriting decision within two weeks of receipt of the completed application.

After the bond is approved, CSD&Z will send you an offer letter with a premium quotation. If you decide to purchase the bond, simply return the bond premium payment in the envelope provided with the offer letter. Within two weeks, CSD&Z will send the properly executed surety bond for your signature along with detailed instructions on how to file the bond with the IRS.
