INDIVIDUAL APPLICATION
Use this application if you are an individual owner of Section 42 property or if you are an individual investor in a partnership that owns Section 42 property.

CORPORATE APPLICATION
Use this application if your corporation has a direct ownership interest in Section 42 property or if your corporation is an investor in a partnership that owns Section 42 property.

TRUST APPLICATION
Use this application if your Section 42 property ownership is through a Trust. The Trust can be the direct owner of the property or it can be an investor in a partnership that owns Section 42 property.

Upon completion of the underwriting process, CSD&Z will send you the terms of the bond offer.  If you decide to purchase the bond, CSD&Z will prepare all the necessary documents for your signature and mail them to you, along with detailed instructions so you can expedite the IRS approval of your bond.
