Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, mental health and wellbeing have become top of mind for many companies and most industries. This may be one of the most significant and enduring “silver linings” resulting from COVID-19. However, even before COVID-19, a subtle but significant shift to promote physical and mental wellbeing was already underway in the global real estate development market.
